Maker Robotics Camps for Kids and Teens | Hands-On Coding & Circuits in Toronto

AGES 4 - 6 | 7 - 9 | 10 + TEENS

Voted Toronto's favorite coding camp by parents and kids

What is Maker Robotics?

Maker Robotics is

where coding, engineering, and creativity collide!

In our hands-on Maker Robotics Camps, kids and teens explore how circuits, sensors, motors, and microcontrollers work — and learn to build their very own smart projects using platforms like Micro:bit and Arduino.

Through real-world problem-solving and the Engineering Design Process, campers transform ideas into working prototypes — developing critical thinking, teamwork, and innovation skills along the way.

Our Toronto Maker Robotics Camp is ready to take your child on their STEM journey where they imagine, design, engineer,  invent, code and become MAKERS OF THE FUTURE

Why Kids and TEENS Love Maker Robotics Camps

Maker Robotics isn’t just about following instructions — it’s about imagining, designing, and building something new.

Here’s why it clicks so well with kids and teens:

Hands-on Action

Circuits, motors, and code come alive right before their eyes.

Creative Freedom

They design their own SMART gadgets- anything from robots to smart cars. If they can imagine it, then  they can build it with the tools and the power of coding

Problem-Solving

When something doesn’t work, they troubleshoot and iterate.

Pride of Creation

Nothing beats the feeling of making a robot move or a circuit light up — from scratch!

“Maker Robotics camp empowers kids to become creators, engineers, and problem-solvers — not just tech consumers..”

What Kids Will Learn in Our
Maker Robotics Camps

Each age group has a custom-designed experience, packed with hands-on learning:

Ages 4–6:
Junior Makers

(Mini / Micro:bit Robotics & Circuits)

  • Build beginner projects using safe, age-appropriate robotics kits

  • Learn about circuits (open, closed, series) through play

  • Introduction to sensors, motors, and light-based projects

  • Explore the Engineering Design Process (Ask–Imagine–Plan–Create–Improve)

Ages 7–9:
Robotics Builders

(Micro:bit Circuits & Prototyping)

  • Design interactive electronics with Micro:bit microcontrollers

  • Create real-world applications like alarms, games, pedometers, and sensors

  • Code simple programs using block-based coding and Micro:bit editors

  • Hands-on projects focused on creativity, problem-solving, and iteration

Ages 10 + TEENS:
Teen Tech Engineers

(Arduino + Advanced Prototyping)

  • Dive deeper into electronics using Arduino Uno microcontrollers

  • Build complex circuits integrating sensors, displays, motors, and input/output devices

  • Code using Arduino C++ and real-world engineering concepts

  • Learn prototyping fundamentals for smart devices, robotics, and product design

Why Robotics Matters in 2025 (and Beyond)

By learning robotics and circuits early, kids gain skills critical for tomorrow’s world:

STEM foundation:

Science, Technology, Engineering, Math in action

Coding fluency:

From block coding to real C++ syntax

Design thinking:

Ideate, prototype, test, and improve

Future career pathways:

Robotics, engineering, AI, product design, and more

The Demand for Robotics and Circuits Skills is Skyrocketing

  • The global robotics market is expected to reach $214 billion by 2030.

  • 💡 Over 80% of future STEM jobs will involve coding, circuits, and hands-on tech skills.

  • 🏫 Robotics and engineering fields are among the fastest-growing industries worldwide.

Learning these skills early gives kids a head start — in school, in careers, and in confidence.
